Chun Hei is a dad, an accomplished creative director and innovation
consultant with over 15 years of experience in Design Innovation & usercentered methodologies.
Chun Hei is known for his ability to bring brands and complex subject
matters to life through compelling storytelling and communication
strategies. He has directed and produced films and animations that help
clients deepen their understanding of a range of broad, conceptual, and
intangible subject matters, from brand stories to global warming and the
future user experience of healthcare system.
“Balance” motivates me. Born in 1984, Hong Kong, China and
studied in the UK after 1997, being in China(from 2008) gave me a huge
window to understand who I am and connection to people and my
homeland. This interesting perspective and experience connects the
Eastern and Western history and languages. By deepening and

- Chun Hei holds a Masters of Animation from the Royal College of Art, as
well as a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins of Art &
Design.
He is also a passionate educator and mentor, having taught Design
Thinking courses at Shanghai Tech University and led Design Thinking
workshops at Aalto University & Tongji University. Acting as a mentor for
Orbit Startups (a global venture capital fund) to provide them with early
branding, marketing and design consultation.
Chun Hei's work has been recognised with numerous awards, including the
6th China Excellence Advertising Case Golden Award, the Tencent Data
Management Platform Creative Ad Silver Award, and The Best Retail/Instore Marketing & The Best Venue Experience at the Marketing Events
