- Meeh Chanomeはタイ在住のイラストレーター兼グラフィックデザイナーである。主にキャラクターデザインを制作し、動物をモチーフに豆の形をした頭が特徴的なキャラクターをBABY BEAN’と総称し幅広いグッツ展開をしている。又、バルーン型の大きな立体作品をタイ北部の親水公園で展示をして注目を浴びた。現在は新しい試みとしてキャラクターデザインとタイポグラフィーを掛けあわせた作品を発表している。 I am a Thai designer. My works start from daily sketch, mostly they are cartoon characters. The characteristic have a bean shaped head in various form of animals and objects. I call them BABYBEAN. They appear on T-Shirt, wall, toy, mascot ballon, logo, and graphic signage. Currently, my experiment in lettering design are combined to create new interest.
- 略歴・受賞Career / Prize
- Born and work in Thailand. I studied in industrial design and have been working as product designer in Thailand's well-known retail store for 6 years. I've done many design project, and the highlight of them are a mascot balloon for the biggest water park in northeast Thailand. To be work on character design, designer toy, mascot, wall illustration, and installation are my life achievement.
