Born in Japan, Osaka in 1990, WAGON (わごうさおり) worked as a professional web & graphic designer / social game illustrator in Tokyo for 9 years before she moved to Berlin, Germany in 2019 where she is currently active as a freelance illustrator.
Her illustrations come from a fluffy world with a little spice mixed in. While she loves the world of children and works on children’s books, she is also fond of Japanese sake and created the "Sake Art" project to express its many flavours with her unique illustrations.

わごうさおり（WAGON）は、1990年大阪生まれのフリーランスイラストレーター。
東京で9年間Web・グラフィックデザイナー及びソーシャルゲームのイラストレーターとして勤めた後、2019年からドイツ・ベルリンに拠点を移しイラストレーターとして活動中。
ふわふわの世界に少しのスパイスをいれたようなイラストが特徴。
子供の世界を愛し、児童向けの絵本等を手がける一方、大の日本酒好きで、独特のイラストでさまざまな日本酒の味わいを表現する「Sake Art」プロジェクトを立ち上げ、ドイツ・ベルリンで「よっぱらい」をテーマにした体験型展覧会「The Tipsy Home」を主宰している。 - 略歴・受賞Career / Prize
