1995年奈良県生まれ、切り絵作家のからくりジンと申します。
「引いて圧倒、寄って迷い込む。」をテーマに、手作業で紙を切り抜きながら、細密な模様で鬱々とした内面を表現しています。
作品は遠くから見れば迫力があり、近くで見ると“ウォーリーを探せ”のように細部を探す楽しさがあるのが特徴です。
また、Twitchで制作の様子をライブ配信しており、作品が完成するまでの過程も公開しています。
見る者の心にざわめきを残すような、静かで密やかな作品づくりを目指しています。
I am Karakuri Jin, a Japanese paper cutting artist.
My works express emotional chaos through intricate hand-cut patterns, based on the concept:
“Overwhelming from afar, mesmerizing up close.”
Each piece is cut entirely by hand, and the details invite viewers to explore them like a visual maze.
I stream my creative process live on Twitch, sharing every step from sketch to completion.
